Hotel Rusthållargården is a historic hotel and conference facility located in Arild on the scenic Kullaberg, operating year-round.

The facility has 49 hotel rooms, 6 conference rooms, and restaurant capacity for about 180 guests, as well as a spa lounge and treatments. In 2026, a spa environment will be built to elevate the business to a new level.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in guest service, preferably from reception and the hotel industry.

The most important thing is that you are a social and outgoing person who is passionate about guest service. The tasks mainly consist of taking care of our guests on-site - both conference guests and private guests. Check-in and check-out, as well as guest and conference service. Bar service occurs in the evenings, and handling incoming inquiries for private bookings via email and phone during the times when our booking department is closed.

You are the one who knows what it takes to provide that little extra to make the guest experience memorable. It is you whom our guests praise in our guest survey as the employee who stood out and elevated their stay to something special.

As a person, you are positive and see opportunities. Furthermore, you are a meticulous and responsible individual who has the ability to work independently.

The working hours are scheduled from 07:00-15:00 or 15:00-23:00/24:00 (peak season) and include weekends.

You will be part of a team of hotel receptionists, service staff, and booking. The immediate supervisor is the hotel manager.

The position is a permanent employment at 75% with start in January/February by agreement. There will be an opportunity to extend the position to full-time during the peak season.

A driver's license and access to a car are required to commute to and from work, as local transportation options are limited.
